Movie Poster Promo

My main characters in my movie poster is Ziggy Twisty and Malia Hessenheffer. The actor playing Ziggy is Miles Frazier and the actor playing Malia is Leslie Acoba. The setting in the background is a small grass area at Kapa'a Middle School. We chose that to be our background because our setting in the story has to do with school. There are three pictures all together. The first one Ziggy is looking into the distance trying to show how sad and depressed his is. The second pictures shows Ziggy and Malia's love for each other and how strong their bond is.

Our title for our movie trailer is "Young And Broken Hearted". That title is included on the top of our poster to state the title and name of the movie. Some other texts in our movie poster are " Miles Frazier as Ziggy" and "Leslie Acoba as Malia". I added those text so that when people see that Miles is playing as Ziggy, people want to watch it because people liked Miles in other movies and in real life maybe. Also, I put "Hollywood Studios say: inspiring" and "New York Times say: Jaw Dropping". I put those on the poster because it shows good reviews from popular companies. This is very important because it shows people that the movie is good. Lastly I put " While he save him self or will she?" I put this so when people see the trailer they will kind of get the idea we are trying to give in this movie.

Kerning is very important in photoshop. Kerning is the process of adjusting the spacing between characters in a proportional font, usually to achieve a visually pleasing result. Kerning is important because it makes it easier to read the words. It also organizes the word.

The overall impacted of the filter and layer was very excellent because it really helped to out the words and title over the pictures so you can see them. Also, the gradient was very awesome because i used it to make the pictures look like they are fading into each other so they don't look like boxes of pictures next to each other. It was great having the different filters and layers.

The beginning of my process.
The middle of the process.

The finished poster.
