My Visual Poem

My poem is about the beach. My poem shows the way i really appreciate the beach and the how beautiful the beach can be if you look at it real closely.

I really think the visual really impacts the poem because you get an idea of what i or someone else is talking about. I also think it really impacts it because it gives a visual look about that sentence which gives you a different perspective of the beach and poem. Lastly, it really impacts poem because it feels like you right there and watching the waves and ocean.

My special effects affects the overall meaning by how i put natural sounds because it seems like you actually there sitting there at the beach watching the waves crash. My special effects affects the audience by them really getting hooked because you are looking and hearing about the story which is the poem and imagery. Lastly, my special effects affects the mood by giving you joy because of all the fun and beauty the poem is showing and telling.

When i was all finished with the poem i was satisfied with my poem because it shows and tells enough information to give a good perspective on my thoughts on the beach. I think i could make it better by adding and getting more b-roll. Also i could add a title for the beginning to introduce my poem. Lastly, i think i could of spoked with a little more emotion to express myself and the poem.

  1. Hi, Ehu. ^-^ Your visual poem was really great, and I admire how you were able to make it rhyme (because I don't know how to T^T). Though one think you could improve, is lowering your volume for your music. And one other thing I liked was the end where at the bottom had the words that you said, it really matched.

  4. Okay, never mind my first comment, I misheard Mr. Sanderl. Anyways, nice blog, Ehu! I like how your music isn't too loud. Though one thing you can do is lower your main audio, it's too loud. And another thing I like about your video was about you had footage at the beach.

  5. Great sequencing. I saw a few green flashes from you not letting your footage render all the way. Nice easy to read text layovers.

  8. Hey Ehu. Great work on your visual poem. I really liked your B-Roll because it was stunning and it really matched your poem. One thing I suggest is lowering down your main audio as it was a little too long. I really liked how you put text effects as well.

  9. I really liked your text layovers, they were simple and relevant. One improvement that I would suggest is reading a bit faster at some parts and having a bit more expression in your voice. You had a lot of B-Roll, and it majority of the shots were very applicable and really brought out the theme. Great job!
